this guy was left behind in florida. he has since made his way to georgia, hoping to find his family intact. however, he found his oldest brother dead. his other two siblings, he has yet to find. so, he kept searching for them with a group. that group had been tyreese's group until the group was attacked by some man named merle. merle had some backup as well. the group managed to escape except for this man, who ended up in woodbury. he has taken up home in the town, appreciating being caught over being left with tyreese's group. the governor has convinced him that his siblings are most likely dead and that woodbury is the safest place to be. after months spent in the town, he believes this. he has since taken post at the wall, preventing any walkers from entering. his face claim is chace crawford.
